Jim Mann Taylor (and anyone else who's interested): the address of
Euroseeds is
Euroseeds
P.O. Box 95
741 01 Novy Jicin
Czech Republic
-and I believe the owner (Mojmir Pavelka) asks for US$2 in bills for
his price list (guess other nationals will have to do as they see fit).
I've dealt with him for a few years now, and been very happy with the
price/quantity tradeoff and the quality of the seeds sent. The two
phlomis about which I originally inquired on this list, P. armeniaca
and P. angustissima, are US$2 and $3 respectively for 20-25 seeds. Seeds
of P. armeniaca were collected in 1995, but I'd assume (correctly?)
that a dryland species' seed would tend to have long viability.

NB - Rich Dufresne: have you germinated these species? any instructions?
