Mediterranean Gardening by Heidi Gildemeister

Fellow Mediterranean Bibliophiles - 

I have been researching the republication of Mediterranean
Gardening for Heidi Gildemeister (she feel the original
publisher is not doing a good distribution of the title,
borne out by the difficulty in finding this work locally).
In this effort, I have discovered that Bell's Book (536
Emerson Street, Palo Alto, CA  94301; (650) 323-7822) has
a number of copies at the moment, which Barbara Whorl went
to great trouble to get.  As there were several people
looking for this book last year when Heidi visited this
area, I thought I'd let the group know.

Also, if any of your are publisher connected, or know of a
west coast publishing house which deal with horticultural
books such as this, could you let me know?  Timber press,
for some unexplained reason, is not interested in republishing
this title.  I promised Heidi I'd do what I could to help her
figure this out, so any help would be greatly appreciated
(by both of us!).
