Unless you have your own boat, it is probably very difficult to see
Angel and Alcatraz Islands on the same day. ALthough they are only a
half mile apart, there is no ferry service between them (San Francisco
isn't Seattle or Portland Maine, afterall). Ferry service to Angel
Island is not frequent from San Francisco.
