It is common in the milder parts of our local district, but my only
reservation would be its vigour, making it a bit of a liability in small
gardens.

Actually, the name Zimbabwe, though quite recently adopted for the
modern country is in fact a very ancient one in the area. There are some
mysterious and and fascinating ruins in the country known as Great
Zimbabwe which are believed to have been the centre of a vanished
African kingdom of several centuries ago. Possibly this creeper even
grows among the ruins for all I know..
