RE: Portland area nurseries?

Hello Nan
Hope you enjoy your visit to this area.

If you are interested in bamboo, there is a wonderful nursery, The Bamboo
Garden - you may need to phone ahead to see it. The web site has a lot of
information. There are far more varieties at the nursery than are listed on
the web. http://www.bamboogarden.com

Joy Creek Nursery www.joycreek.com, although half an hour outside Portland
is well worth a visit. Beautiful grounds, many varied, and well grown
plants.

The Berry Botanical Garden, http://www.berrybot.org/hort.html a small but
very interesting garden is worth seeing - depending on when you come. They
also have plant sales.

www.lyricgarden.com A newsletter/ezine devoted to the passions and
pleasures of gardens and gardening - poetry, art, and of course gardening.
