Hi all !
I live not far from Venice, Adriatic coast, NE Italy. My village is a little
fishing harbour in the Po Delta, a complex of wetlands and woods. So, I'm
able to send you, as a gift, the first photos of the ONLY endemic plant of
our area (sandy coast of the Lagune of Venice & the Po Delta): Centaurea
tommasinii. I'm sure, ther is not any other photos on the internet.

It lives on the coastal sand-dunes and in the pine-woods. We have another
rare mediterranean Centaurea, not endemic:
