To All, especially our webmaster:

 

Since the problems with attachments for people with poor internet access is such a recurring one, particularly with new “posters”, it seems to me this is what Intel refers to as a ‘system problem”.  That means with the present system, it will continue to happen; to prevent new folks from posting attachments and severely bogging down some members, some sort of OBVIOUS message needs to be sent to every new person who joins, explaining the problem and providing links to places where they can post photos for free.  They are most assuredly not trying to mess anyone up, so I don’t see the need to throw so much uncivil discourse on the site; it really just makes one look peevish.  Sorry, that’s just how I see it.
