Aloe aborescens

Sorry everybody, I am on the Costa Blanca in Spain which has a classic Mediterranean climate 30 degrees today and for the last weeks very hot and no rain.
I inherited 3 years ago 2 Aloe aborescens in this garden both in sunny dry postions. They could be about 5-6 years old I think.  One which is about 3-4 feet across and 3-4 feet high has flowered in Jan/Feb. ( No, I don't expect them to be flowering out of season) The other 18 inches by abot 2 ft has not flowered. I also have another 3ft x ft in a shady position which has not flowered.  I put a number of cuttings from them in the garden (sunny position ) 2 years ago which have grown well but again not flowered. I just wanted to know what the expected flowering time is for Aloe.  I am hoping to get an A. plicatilis at the garden centre and was wondering what size I should get for quick flowering.

While I am here, is Thevetia Peruviana really THAT poisonous?  It says something on the internet that people have been hospitalised beacuse it causes HEART problems?

And is there a Nepeta (blue ) variety which does not get leggy and fall over?

Kind wishes to all
Pamela
