Re: gardens in napa?


Not exactly Napa, but close:

I always enjoy visiting Corner Stone which is a series of innovative gardens based on the ones at Chaumont-sur-Loire and Quebec's Jardin de Metis.

You'll see it as you drive into Sonoma - one garden has a huge dead tree covered in blue Christmas balls.

There are also a few interesting stores including a recycled sculpture one. I've never had enough space in the car to buy anything big, though.
