Hello, one of the
visitors to my garden brought me a whole wheelbarrow full of these aloe which I
have planted. They are rather spiny. The person who gave them to me
said they get many large stalks of orange flowers that attract
hummingbirds. She said the stalks are full of tubular flowers all the way
up the stalk. They readily produce pups. Here are links to pictures
of the aloe planted in a raised bed, closer picture of one, and what is left of
the flower stalk she brought me.
Any ideas to its identity?
Thanks.
