not Nan and this isn't a SoCal source, but Suncrest has it listed on their
website, and I think I saw it there last week:
They have Vitex trifolia 'Variegata' on this
week's availability list.
Suncrest is a wholesale nursery in Watsonville--they have a stellar plant
list with lots of mediterranean climate plants. The website's fun to browse,
too.
