RE: Eremophilas

Is Eremophila subteretifolia available in any California nurseries? I saw it
at UCSC Arboretum a couple of weeks ago; it's a lovely prostrate ground
cover with similar foliage to this species.

Nancy,

I think this is Eremophila decipiens.
According to Jo O'Connell, it's highly variable in color, ranging from
white, pink to red, orange and yellow.
I came home from her nursery near Ventura, with a yellow one.
What a great plant, loving sun, heat and dry soil; blooming its head
off all summer and into winter.
And, as Jo says, the more you cut it back, the more it blooms.
