Fwd: Question of the day

Houttynia, and 2 kinds of Campanula: poscharskyana (Penelope Hobhouse rightly called it a garden thug) and a white punctata type. Paid to have them (almost) taken out. Love the question.

Crocosmia:
I love it, but it is impossible to get rid of without removing the soil.  It has become truly invasive, and just to keep it in check, I have to treat it somewhat like a weed every year.  I live in zone 9 both usda and Sunset.
