Just today I was clearing away various piles of 'stuff' I tend to
accumulate on my desk, and I came across a Univeristy of California
Farm & Garden Publications catalog.  Featured on the front was the
'Olive Production Manual' (ISBN 1-879906-15-5, catalog #3353, $28).
Also inside is 'Producing Olive Oil in California' (catalog #21516,
$5).  I have not seen these publications personally, but they appear
to be reasonable and informative.  This catlog is available from:
