Jerry, A. umbellatus (africanus) is readily available in England and
quite a few nurseries will ship plants to France since there are no
barriers for this sort of thing between EU countries.  I seem to
remember that Marc Vissers from Belgium grows it, maybe he'll suggest
a more local nursery.
