hello everyone-
Have debated for awhile about posting my thoughts on this travesty.
I, too, am deeply saddened and outraged.
But an item from Wednesday's New York Times caught my eye.
about the vatican ordering a priest and a nun to end their ministry
to the gays and lesbians they have served since the 1970's.

It's not just lunatic fringe groups that are fueling the fire of
intolerance, folks.
On a more personal note,
I sent my condolences to Diane at Plants to Go
hoping someone was still monitoring one of their servers.
I invited her to send a photo for the virtual garden site
and she wrote a gracious reply saying "they are all in a fog
and she will write more in a few days."
