Mystery tree

Could the tree be a Broussonetia papyrifera or
Paper Mulberry - a suckering tree with somewhat hairy leaves? It does,
however, produce flowers of different sex (male - catkins, female - fuzzy, round
heads) on different trees, and mulberry-like fruit.
