If people on the list are having that kind of trouble, they need to take the issue up with their ISPs. If the ISP is any good at all they will be able to look at a sample of a message that didn't get through and help to resolve the problem. Sometimes the sender's ISP configures their mail server in such a way that it raises red flags to the receiving site. ISPs can also quite easily get on "black lists" and often this is done with out adequate reason. The ISP has to convince the list to remove their names.
I am one of the managers of a not for profit ISP and we deal with these issues all the time. The bottom line is that the user needs to complain, it should be a solvable problem.

I have not been getting any error messages regarding the person you mentioned, so I have not removed her.
I suspect her ISP is refusing to accept your messages, for some obscure reason. This happens quite often. It happens to me when a friend decides to send a letter to a group of us. Somehow a lot of names next to Cc: makes a message vapourize before it gets to me.
There are a number of Medit-Plants subscribers whose ISP anti-spam programs regularly reject messages from other subscribers. I have tried to make sense of why this is happening, but haven't succeeded yet. One person's ISP refuses the messages of nine other Medit subscribers, including those of the listowner, Sean O'Hara. I have written to the people who are missing quite a few messages to suggest they review their anti-spam program, but after that, it's up to them.
