Peony tree that is not blooming

Hello
I wonder if you know why my peony tree that bloomed for the first
time last year (3 inch pink flowers, with yellow centers) has grown
to about six feet, but has not produced any blooms this year. This
plant was given to me as a start, several years ago, and it is
certainly of blooming size. The leaf stems, last fall were a
beautiful pink/burgundy. The plant seems quite healthy and vigorous
and seems to have enjoyed all the rain, over the last few months.
