Alexandre,
You might try looking to see if Silverhill Seeds in South Africa sells seed for this, I bet they do carry it.  They are an excellent source for exotics from South Africa that would also do well in Portugal.  Of course there are various Artemesia species that have similar foliage, and might also be a good substitute for this plant.  Bom sucesso em sua procura...
