Looks like a variegated form of Euonymus fortunei.
Many leaves can vary greatly - some being 100% albino others [reverting?] to full green.
Perhaps dependent upon a number of factors such as light/shade levels, degrees of stress and where the cutting was taken from the parent plant

Came across this interesting shrub in a shady garden the other day. Curious as to what the plant might be but also why the leaf colorations vary in this manner? Is it related to the soil, shade, or other factors?
