Majestic palm

Here is another palm question. I have read in a book on palms that the
Majestic Palm (Ravenea rivularis) can be placed outdoors in a temperate
climate. Is this true? and if sowhats the lowest temps it can take before it
keels over. I know it loves water but i just want to know!!!!
