Need Pithocelobium dulce info

Hi gang--

I just received another weird plant and need help again.

This one is Pithocelobium dulce (perhaps spelled Pithecellobium), also
called Manila Tamarind or Madras Thorn or Guamachil.

Apparently it is a leguminous tree from tropical America and also grown
elsewhere in the tropics. The sweet arial around the seeds is eaten raw or
cooked or used to make a "refreshing beverage".

The question is, what growing conditions does it require?

Thanks--
