heuchera "Stormy Seas"

I recently planted three heuchera v. "Stormy Seas"--After about one 
week, two of the plants began to die slowly from the outer leaves in. 
The third plant has been thriving from the get-go--sending up three 
flower stalks.  

The three plants are in close proximity--getting virtually the same 
amount of sun, water, etc.

Does anyone have any advice about what could be causing the two 
plants to die, before I go replace them?  Any advice about Heuchera's 
proclivities, or special transplant needs?  Thanks!
