Calimancy???

Hello everyone, my brother-in-law just returned from a trip to the
Phillipines and raved about a lime-like fruit called calimancy or kalimancy
or something very similar to that.  Anyone know what it is?  Anyone know
where to get seed for it?  How to start it from seed or if it can be
started from seed?
