Hi Janet
I am not sure what your reason is for being a bit ambivalent about
eating fish. If it is sympathy for the fish I would not try to influence
you. However if your concerns are dietary, I understand fish are
actually very desirable eating, being low in fat but high in all sorts
of useful minerals, and provide a much better way of topping these up
than the consuming of pills. So unless the local fish stocks are
severely polluted, I am sure it would be to your advantage to go on
eating them.

We are very fond of fish ourselves and, knowing they are also good for
us, try to include them in our diet at least once a week - more often
when possible (Not like the little girl who asked "Is it good for me, or
shall I like it?")

Nan
I love your "fisitarian". If you were one of these old-fashioned relics
like me who know a bit of Latin you would probably say "piscitarian",
but I don't think this has nearly such an attractive ring to it.
