Re: Rosa banksiae lutescens

Hello Sean,

For us Rosa banksiae 'Lutescens' is easier to propagate than the classical
R. banksiae 'Lutea'. If you find R. banksiae var. normalis (the single white
form, a very strong grower), it is even easier !

We propagate them each year in June, just after the flowers, when new young
shoots appear on the branches. We use the young shoots, not the old stems.
Good luck !

Now Helene, your Rosa banksiae 'Purezza' sounds just great ! What's the
other parent ? Is it white or yellow ? Do you think you could possibly send
me some cuttings ?
