Hello again,
I meant to have sent my response to the group.
How fascinating.  I found a picture at

Hylocereus triangularis
>From the looks of the photo, it appears to be full of small

black seeds, it this is correct, try cleaning a few seeds
and starting them at a warm temperature.  Soaking the bottom

will most likely rot the fruit ,that is if I'm right about
the seeds.
