Anyone going to the San Francisco Garden Show?

Hi everyone,

I've been helping out on one of the gardens for the SF Flower and Garden
Show (opening tomorrow morning), and so have had an opportunity to preview
the gardens over the past two days as they were built. Looks like some nice
medit-influenced gardens there this year. One has a Tuscany theme; another
is by Native Revival and is brimming with ceanothus, Pacific Coast irises,
Arctostaphylos, etc. The garden I worked on is intriguing: all succulents
(euphorbias, aloes, agaves, aeoniums mostly), with "paving" of roughly
tumbled glass "gravel" in aqua tones. It creates an undersea look.

I'll be working at the Foothill College education booth over by the seminar
rooms tomorrow afternoon; if you come to the show, stop by and say hello!
