RE: Is there an answer??

Leaving aside virtually all annuals, the two genera we recommend
customers to collect rather than have sent mail order are Dictamnus and
Asclepias. Neither seems to be able to withstand the shock of transport
which inevitably disturbs the roots however carefully the plants are
packed.

After thirty years of selling various Eucalyptus, all of which seem more
or less indestructible, I potted up some baby E citriodorus for a
special order last year and killed the lot. Does anyone know if this
species needs more care than the others or was I taking its resilience
too much for granted?
