Definitely Euryops virgineus as David Feix mentioned previously.

Nice little plant - usually needs some light shearing to get it more compact. Occasionally I've seen this plant offered in tight, little buns of foliage (the result of growth inhibitors) - I have some trouble getting a plant subjected to this treatment to do well - they often don't seem to 'come out of' the effects and continue with very stunted growth!! Yuck!
