the creation of a new M-P list

Hi Folks -

Thanks for your patience.  I have been working on the creation of a new M-P list that has the 'reply-to' list functionality desired.  Through setting up test lists and playing with them, I have often discovered little problems that were undesirable or would lead to an increase in the maintenance load.  I have finally found a simple, straight forward that I think will work well.

Unfortunately, to make the transition in the manner I'd prefer, it has been a bit slow going as I've had to wait on various parties to answer my questions, etc.  I hope we are close to the end of this setup.

Shortly, I hope to post instructions to this list on how you all can subscribe to the new list individually.

(There are a number of subscribers currently set to 'nomail' who are probably unaware of our discussions, so I am planning a process to try and notify them personally).

Thank you for bearing with this change.  I look forward to resurrection of this communication forum.
