Tom -
Perhaps you are having trouble with the character in the URL
represented by the '%' - this is supposed to be a 'tilde', i.e. the
little 'wave' mark usually over the number 1 on american keyboards.
This character is commonly used to denote a 'user' at a 'node' (see
my own URL below) on UNIX machines. I've always found it ironic
that this character rarely makes it through e-mail transmission
without being corrupted into something undisplayable. It is a good
idea to subtitude the 'tilde' ('' for those how might get it
unchanged) when you see these sort of 'undisplayable' characters in
a URL. Also, case is often important as well, so make sure you
aren't retyping in upper/lower case from address given.
