What i mean by "tropical" is lavenders that survive in high humidity
situations
eg tropic of capricorn/ cancer/ no frosts close to sea etc
dentata and stoecus and allardii are my picks.
My lavender books are disapointing ; the botany is chaos,
the French books I can't read and the French can't grow the lavenders I grow.
