Source List of Plants & Seeds

A few days ago someone was asking about a mail order source for a certain
plant. I wanted to let people know about a service offered by the Andersen
Horticultural Library at the University of Minnesota. For many years they
have published in hard copy (and still do ) a publication called the
"Source List of Plants and Seeds". Ernie Wasson of this list first told me
about it. The sources are all mail order and include both retail and
wholsesale. What's especially great is that it lists the named cultivars of
many plants.

The basic information in the book, plus a whole lot more, is now available
on line for a subscription fee of $39.95 US.
