Re: lithodora diffusa

Grace Ward is in bloom right now here, a wonderful gentian blue. It
grows intermingled with kinnikinnic as a groundcover with occasional
bushes of various kinds of cistus on an unwatered east-facing bank.
This combination has thrived for many years. A couple of points:
1.The top of the bank has a high hedge which blocks the western sun.
2. We have dry summers, but they are seldom hot. There may be a
couple of days with temperatures a bit over 30 C, but mid-twenties is
more usual.
