Blue flowered trees?

THis might be an exercise in futility as I dont have too many details
about this tree, but...
When I was in Tres Pinos yesterday, we were walking to a Cafe there and I
saw a tree with pinnate leaves (the leaflets looked rounded, maybe 1/2
inch), and it was covered in light blue, star shaped flowers. It looked
pretty and I had never seen anything like it. I know this isnt a lot of
detail, but do any of you have any ideas?
