I'm helping a designer friend with a site that is
mostly shade (maybe some late afternoon sun in summer)
and is against the front wall of a contemporary 2-1/2
story house.

Would anyone mind offering some plant ideas,
especially tall upright-narow big shrubs and small
trees.
