I doubt it - the filaments on the leaves are not indicative of B.yuccoides as
far as I know.  Also, the inflorescence is not branched enough.

Here's B.yuccoides I got from UCB botanical gardens (and consistent with other
photos on the web and Irishes' book about Agavaceae) - note smooth leaf edges.
