Thank you for the detailed information. The
plant had such an airy appearance and I also remember the flowers in some
bunches purchased for flower arranging, so I just had to have it. The
nursery told me not to transplant it right away - but did I listen? NO -
shame on me - I have always had such good luck with transplanting success that I
disregarded the advice. I will cross my fingers that it will start to
recover now that it is turning warmer - we have had an unusually wet, long
spring and that has been the problem along with the root disturbance. My
front yard is very inhospitable in the summer due to the west facing heat -
hopefully this is spartan enough for the plant.
