Supposedly, it is Impatiens psitticina, a rare Thai impatiens. It
looks close to Impatiens glandulifera, but the photos are far too
amazing to look like a real flower (Of course, who would typically
think Clitoria terneata is real if there were no specimens?). There
seems to be incredibly scant information online about I. psitticina,
and the images appear to come from the same source.
