Re: 4 great iPhotos of mysterious lonicera

It looks like L. tartarica with small flowers on a large woody shrub. Leaves are produced early in spring. I bought mine about 30 years ago - it was just called 'Italian honeysuckle' but I believe this is what it is. Mine has quite dark red flowers.
