Neem

Ciao gardeners

I would like to have as many info as possible about Neem (Azedaracht
indica), its multiple uses, quantity, water/powder rate, times of
treatments, purposes, perhaps a  couple of books about it you'd recommend. 
Most of all, is it so expensive out there in the big world? 
Here it is outrageous, I'd soon gild my plants with gold leaves. Does
anybody know of a reliable and not too expensive source to buy Neem in
Europe (in or out the Net)? What do you figure out would be a reasonable price?
