Turkish Rhubarb is apparently Rheum palmatum, a not uncommon garden
plant among some distributors of unusual perennials. I assume that
you are interested in this as a medicinal herb (the only place I can
find the common name 'Turkish Rhubarb' in use) and more any cultivar
might suffice for your needs? If you resume your search using this
latin name, perhaps you'll have better luck. If not, let me know
and I'll look in up in some of my mail order catalogs of unusual
perennials.
