Re: to stalk the wild slug...


Hmmm...I guess if you have *lots* of time, but I don't.  I did lots of
picking and stomping etc. (and still do) but the fact is that there are
always more slugs out of sight than in sight, and despite all that I would
get maybe one or two flowers on some of their favorite plants, all the
rest becoming slug noshes.  This year I finally broke down and used slug
bait.
