Ah Barry
You ought to see L scoparium on its home turf. The plain white form
grows wild in profusion on scrubby hillsides all round the Wainui valley
and I often find seedlings coming up unasked in my beds.
A note. While the wild form in our area is white, there are parts of the
country further north where pink forms predominate (and that was what
originally got the plant breeders going)
