A herd of goats?
In California, goat herds are used for extensive vegetation
control/removal for fire protection. Goats will even mow down poisen oak
and blackberries. I'm not sure what "brambles" you are referring to, but
using herbicides of any kind should be a last resort.
I was going to make the same suggestion. Goats are common around here for
that purpose. But I wanted to note that when a place (a university, the
city, etc) wants to use goats they simply hire them out from a farm that
specializes in that. They don't have to maintain their own goat herd. I
don't know if there are goats for hire in Spain but I would guess it would
be fairly simple to work out an arrangement with some local goat owners.
Pay them to supervise the goats too.
