Brasilia

Well, this is stump Cyndi week, not that hard to do at any time. In this
case, I think the writer must be refering to an illustration in a site I did
for The Permaculture Institute in Brazil.

Only a few plants are specifically illustrated, among them 'Brasilia' and
cocoa. And all I know about Brasilia is what the caption says "the first
plant to sprout after a fire". It has become difficult to reach the
Institute members, as they are in the field a good deal.

I have become convinced this group can answer any question at all about
plants, so I turn to you again to see if there are folks who might know what
I should advise this gentlemen? Or even if they are sure what plants he
might be referring to? I know Ipomea is the morning glory family; I don't
know violacea. (I'm guessing it's purple. ;-) I have zero idea where the
reference to claviceps came from but it was interesting.
