The local Redding newspaper portrayed Benjamin Williams as basking in the
criminal spotlight of his trials. Recently, he had attacked and almost killed
one of his guards.
Gary Matson is not forgotten in Redding. I recently took a class at Turtle
Bay Arboretum where several plants were described as being "one of Gary
Matson's."
