Leucophyllum frutescens (Texas Ranger)

Can anyone tell me where I can get seeds for Leucophyllum frutescens (Texas Ranger)?  Also is it difficult to start, slow to grow?  Is there a place where I can get very small plants like 2 inch pot size?
